The project is an experimental AI agent that responds to tweets by AfD politician Alice Weidel with satirical, revealing counter-narratives – written from the point of view of her guilty conscience. The aim is an intervention in digital space that pushes back against the far-right politician.
Technically, the agent is built on a locally running language model that reacts to new tweets in real time. It processes content with the help of an AI-based fact check and shapes it into an inner voice that doubts, questions and feels ashamed on the politician’s behalf. An AI conscience that Alice Weidel does not want – but might need.
